Milk Chocolates

Ingredients:

4 spoons ghee
3 spoons powdered sugar
4 spoons milk powder
Vanilla essence - few drops

Method:
Take water in a bowl and put it on gas. Take an empty bowl and put it on top of the first bowl (containing water) on the gas. This is our double boiler. 
Add the ghee to the top bowl and let it completely melt. Add the powdered sugar to the ghee. Stir nicely to get a smooth texture. Then add the milk powder and stir again for everything to blend in well. Add few drops of vanilla essence if you want. 
Pour the mixture in a chocolate mould. Put it in the freezer to get for 2-3 hours. De-mould and enjoy!!
