4 spoons ghee
4 spoons cocoa powder
1.5 spoons milk powder
3 spoons powdered sugar
Few drops vanilla essence
Method:
Create a double boiler by putting a bowl with water on gas and putting another empty bowl on top of this one.
Add ghee to the top container. Mix well till the ghee melts.
Add the powdered sugar and mix well to get a smooth consistency.
Add cocoa powder and milk powder and again mix well. Add a few drops of vanilla essence if required.
Pour the mixture in a silicon chocolate mould and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours.
De mould and enjoy healthy chocolates at home.
