Wheat flour : 3/4 Cup
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Oil : 1/4 cup
Yogurt: 1/4 cup
Baking powder: 1/2 tsp
Baking soda : 1/4 tsp
Salt : 1 pinch
Strawberries : 1/2 Cup pureed, 3-4 strawberries cut into 2
Method:
Take sugar, oil and yogurt and mix them together until creamy in texture
Puree the 1/2 Cup strawberries in a mixer or blen der
Sieve Wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
Add strawberry puree in the yogurt mix
Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and fold properly.
Preheat microwave at 180°
Pour the cake mixture in a silicone mould. Add the halved strawberries on the top.
Bake it at 180° for around 30 minutes. Inserting a toothpick should come out clean once the cake is completely bake.
